Pre-Crushing & Feeding
Bulk materials are pre-crushed to ≤25mm by a jaw crusher.
A bucket elevator conveys materials to the storage silo.
A vibrating feeder delivers materials uniformly and continuously to the center of the top turntable.
Three-Stage Grinding Mechanism
1st Layer (Coarse Grinding)Materials disperse outward by centrifugal force, entering the grinding zone where rollers exert impact-compression forces (pressure: 8-12 MPa).
2nd Layer (Intermediate Grinding)Partially ground particles fall into finer grinding zones, undergoing shear-rolling actions.
3rd Layer (Ultra-fine Grinding)Final micronization achieves target fineness (adjustable: 325–2500 mesh).
Particle Separation & Collection
