Working Principle of Hydraulic Scrap Metal Shearing Machine
The Hydraulic Scrap Metal Shearing Machine is composed of components including the frame, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power system and electrical system. In terms of working principle, through the automatic feeding hopper, after the material is grabbed into the feeding hopper, the scrap is automatically conveyed to the shearing blade by the conveyor belt, with the feeding speed adjustable by the speed-regulating motor. Both sides of the hopper are equipped with side compression cylinders. For large scrap such as end-of-life vehicles that cannot pass through the gantry shear blade opening, the side compression cylinders can compress and reduce the scrap before conveying it to the shearing blade via the transfer table for cutting.
