Featuring a tyre-mounted mobile chassis, it offers the advantages of rapid relocation and flexible deployment, making it suitable for various complex working environments.

Vertical Shaft Impact Mobile Crushing Station integrates all components onboard, including: robust frame, vertical shaft impact crusher, feeder, vibrating screen, conveyors, electric motors and control cabinet.

Materials are transported to the impact crusher via external conveyor for sand production. The vibrating screen forms a closed-circuit system to achieve material recirculation crushing, effectively reducing sand processing steps. Finished materials are discharged by conveyor for continuous crushing operation.
