It is suitable for artificial sand making from river pebbles, mountain stones (limestone, granite, basalt, diabase, andesite, etc.), ore tailings and stone chips.

Working principle

Tyre-mounted Jaw Crushing Station​​ All components are onboard, including: a sturdy frame, jaw crusher, feeder, conveyor, electric motor, and control box, etc.The material is pre-screened by the feeder. Particles smaller than the gap between the screen bars are discharged via the side conveyor, while larger particles are crushed by the jaw crusher and discharged through the main conveyor.The mobile jaw crusher enables direct primary crushing of materials. It offers convenient and flexible operation when used in conjunction with other crushing equipment.
