All components of the crawler-mounted jaw crushing station are onboard, including: a sturdy frame, jaw crusher, feeder, conveyor, motor, control box, etc.Materials are roughly sorted by the feeder. Those with a diameter smaller than the gap between the screen bars are discharged through the side conveyor, while those with a diameter larger than the gap between the screen bars are crushed by the jaw crusher and discharged through the main conveyor. The mobile jaw crusher can directly perform preliminary crushing of materials, and it is convenient and flexible to operate when used in conjunction with other crushing equipment.
