Product Introduction
The scrap metal baler is a highly efficient and energy-saving waste metal processing equipment, primarily used to compress various types of lightweight scrap metal (such as sheet metal, aluminum cans, car shells, metal scraps, etc.) into high-density blocks for easy transportation, storage, and recycling. Driven by a hydraulic system, this machine features high pressure, strong stability, and simple operation, making it widely applicable in industries such as recycling centers, metal processing plants, and automobile dismantling facilities.
WS-W series metal chip cake press is used to cold press a variety of metal scrap powders or granules, such as steel, cast iron chips, copper chips, aluminum chips, crushed materials, sponge iron, steel chips, iron ore powder, silicon powder, slag powder and other non-ferrous metals into 30~180kg cylindrical cakes without any additives. It is suitable for enterprises with large amounts of metal chips, large foundries, wind power component foundries, copper and aluminum product manufacturers, etc. for efficient processing. It is equipped with storage bins and conveyors.
The overall structure of scrap metal pressing baler consists of mechanical system, electrical system, hydraulic system and so on. The extruding force is selectable from 1000KN to 4000KN in total 10 levels. It adopts rotating cover structure with large opening area of material box, which is especially suitable for feeding large, empty and thin materials; it can be fed manually or mechanically. Stable operation and easy to maintain.
