Product Introduction​

centers, precision hardware processing plants, Swiss-type machines, CNC lathe processing, hardware parts processing, etc.

The automatic double output scrap metal press cake is suitable for compressing waste materials such as aluminum powder,

aluminum chips, copper chips, saw iron chips, iron chips, cast iron chips, steel chips, iron ore powder and other non-ferrous

metals.

01  Dual-head Design

The double-output metal slag briquetting machine adopts a double-head design, which can press two metal briquettes

simultaneously, significantly improving the production efficiency.

 02  Powerful Auger Infeed 

Not easy to arch, not easy to punch the material. Set the time according to the set amount each time to control the feeding

amount. The feeding is uniform and the material winding problem is improved.

03 PLC Touch Screen

Automated programsmake operation easier. Direct operation is performed through the touch screen, and emergency stop

can be performed with one button, making the operation more intuitive and convenient.

04  Indicator Light Device

The design of operation, shutdown, and abnormal indicator lights can reduce the manual guarding time when the machine

is operating normally. Through the indicator lights, operators can timely understand the operation status of the equipment

and respond.
