This production line is composed of chain plate chip conveyors or bucket turnover machines, chip crushers, metal degreasing machines and chip briquetting machines, mainly targeting small clumpy chipsIt is used for crushing and deoiling the pressed blocks.

The trolley filled with steel chips - bucket turnover machine - flips and pours into the crushing hopper - the crushed chips naturally fall to the chain plate chip conveyor hopper below - the chip conveyor lifts the chips to the oil remover

Feeding port - Oil removal machine for oil removal - After oil removal, it drops to the chain plate chip conveyor and is lifted to the feeding port of the briquetting machine - briquetting machine for briquetting - storage box
