Hydraulic Alligator Shear

The alligator shear, also known as a crocodile cutter, consists of a shearing cylinder, shearing blades, a sliding block pressure blade, a lower blade holder, and a pressure cylinder. During the shearing operation, the hydraulic pump station operates. The power source supplies oil to the pressure cylinder, pushing the sliding block pressure blade to press against the lower blade holder, thus securing the material. Then, the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the shearing cylinder, driving the shearing blades downwards to complete the shearing action. After shearing, the hydraulic pump station, through the continuous return flow of hydraulic oil, drives the shearing cylinder and pressure cylinder to complete the return stroke. Alligator shears are suitable for scrap metal recycling plants, scrap car dismantling yards, and the smelting and casting industry.
