Control Mode of Hydraulic Horizontal Baling Machine
The bale length can be set by configuring the number of compression cycles on the touchscreen. The default factory setting is 5 cycles, which can be customized by users based on actual needs. When the preset bale length is reached, the compression process will automatically stop, and a buzzer on the control cabinet will sound to alert the operator for manual threading and tying.If the compression stop button is pressed during automatic operation, the system must be switched to manual mode. Additional compression cycles can then be performed to achieve the desired bale size, followed by tying and other subsequent steps. After completion, switch back to automatic mode to initiate the next work cycle.
Usage and Safety Precautions
1.Do not clean materials or wipe the machine during operation. Immediately stop the equipment if any material jamming occurs.
2.For tasks involving multiple operators, ensure clear division of responsibilities to prevent accidents caused by uncoordinated actions.
3.Unauthorized adjustment of components such as pumps, gauges, or valves is strictly prohibited. All adjustments or repairs must be conducted by experienced technicians who are familiar with this manual.
4.The bale must be securely tied before opening the door. Only proceed with door opening after tying is completed to avoid potential hazards.
