The Vertical Metal Chip Briquetting Machine is suitable for compressing waste materials such as cast iron chips, copper

chips, aluminum chips, steel chips, alloy chips, magnesium chips (≤50mm), crushed materials (50~80mm), sawdust, grinding

dust, wood chips, bamboo chips, paper scraps, iron concentrate powder, coke, nickel powder, sponge iron, silicon powder, and

slag powder.  Using a special mold, these materials are subjected to high pressure over a small area to form compact blocks,

greatly facilitating material transportation and reducing oxidation and burning losses during the smelting process. This results

in significant economic benefits and makes it an ideal piece of equipment for metal smelting plants.

Briquette Density Range

Steel scrap/crushed material briquettes: 4.5~5.5 t/m³

Aluminum scrap briquettes: 2.0~2.3 t/m³

Copper scrap briquettes: 5.0~6.5 t/m³

The briquettes can be directly fed into the furnace, meeting the density and form requirements of smelting materials for foundries, steel mills, etc.
