Metal Chip Briquetting Machine processes materials from CNC machining centers, precision hardware plants, Swiss-type machine tools, CNC lathes, and hardware parts processing. Materials include aluminum, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, zinc, magnesium, titanium, grinding putty, castings, sawing and milling waste, powdered special alloys, slag compounds, battery waste, mineral powder, shredded paper, wood chips, and plastic powder. Material Requirements:

Less than 40 mm. Smaller particles produce higher-density, higher-quality briquettes.

No moisture content requirement.
