Working Principle

1.Inspection:​​ Check for any abnormalities in the equipment appearance and potential safety hazards around the machine (long rods or other foreign objects are prohibited near the machine). After confirmation, turn on the load switch of the control box,rotate the key switch to the "ON" position, and release the emergency stop button. The power indicator on the control box will light up.

​​2.Preparation:​​ Place a large piece of cardboard at the bottom of the machine. Close the upper and lower iron doors and tighten the lower door fastener firmly (ensure it is tightly locked, as insufficient locking may cause gaps due to internal pressure during operation, triggering the safety sensor and stopping the machine).

​3.Initial Operation:​​ Press the "Down" button to lower the pressure head to the bottom. It will automatically rise to the top and stop. This initial empty compression resets the bale discharge chain on the pressure head.

​​4.Loading:​​ Open the upper iron door and evenly fill the machine with material until full. Close the upper door securely (it must be fully closed; otherwise, the safety photoelectric sensor will activate, preventing the machine from starting).

5.​​Compression:​​ Press the "Down" button to lower the pressure head. It will automatically descend to the bottom and then return to the top and stop.

​​6.Repetition:​​ Repeat steps 4-5 until the alarm on the control box sounds, indicating that the set bale height has been reached. The pressure head will compress the bale and stop (if early tying is required without waiting for the set height, press and hold  the "Down" button for 2 seconds to activate compression and stop).

​​7.Tying:​​ Open the upper and lower doors. Thread a wire or plastic rope through the corresponding slots on the pressure head and the bottom from the rear of the machine, bringing both ends to the front. Tie the ends loosely at the front to accommodate expansion and prevent breakage. Repeat for all required ties.

​​8.Discharge Preparation:​​ Place a pallet in front of the machine. Retrieve the discharge chain from the rear and place it into the discharge slot on the pressure head.

9.​​Safety Check:​​ Ensure no personnel or obstacles are in the discharge area. Confirm safety.

​​10.Discharge:​​ Press and hold the "Up" button to raise the pressure head, which will flip the bale onto the pallet. Transport the bale to the designated location (if any danger occurs during discharge, release the button immediately to stop the process; resume after addressing the issue). This completes one work cycle.

​​11Shutdown:​​ After work is completed, turn off the key switch, press the emergency stop button, and switch off the load switch.
