Working principle

Machine installation
The drum chipper can be installed on a concrete or steel support structure and fixed with anchor bolts. Sufficient space should be reserved to open the valve cover, replace the flying knife, install and remove the bottom knife seat.
V-belt installationBefore installing the V-belt, the distance between the pulleys should be appropriately shortened to facilitate the installation of the V-belt. Use a ruler to check the straightness of the two wheel end faces to ensure that they are in the same plane.
After the machine has been running for 2 to 3 hours, check the tension of the V-belt again and make corresponding adjustments.
